After years working with product brands in NYC, I wanted to use my capabilities for the greater good and moved to the Baltimore-DC area. LMD Agency is a boutique communications firm that works well across media channels and understands how to develop brand experiences for non-profit, education, and government.

My role was primarily focused on stretching their digital offering. I introduced online marketing capabilities to the agency, led several digital products and multichannel campaigns, assisted with research, produced analytic audits and performance reports, developed digital strategies and plans, and managed the alignment of strategy to execution across all deliverables for the accounts I served. Campaigns exceeded lead generation expectations by 10-50%, building impressions along the way. I also worked hands-on to improve processes, architect UX solutions, define campaign concepts, and mentor new hires. It was an honor to work with LMD and their clients.
